João’s extensive background in Cellular Network Engineering with major Brazilian Tier-1 carriers, combined with his FTTH/GPON proficiency, enables him to design and implement tailored network solutions that meet these regional demands. His deep knowledge of spectrum regulation and regional policies further ensures compliance and strategic alignment, facilitating efficient project delivery and long-term viability.

João has a proven record of driving commercial growth by optimising telecommunications infrastructure in the LAC region.
