Gustavo brings an impressive wealth of experience to Welchman Keen, with over three decades of invaluable expertise in the ICT sector within the Argentine Government. His extensive background will undoubtedly benefit our clients across Latin America and the Caribbean, enhancing our ability to deliver top-tier spectrum policy solutions.
Throughout his illustrious career, Gustavo has played pivotal roles in shaping ICT policy and regulation, both in Argentina and on the international stage. Notably, he served as the Head of Satellite Affairs at CNC-Argentina for a decade, demonstrating exceptional leadership and technical acumen in this critical role.
Most recently, from 2020 to 2024, Gustavo held the esteemed positions of ITU and CITEL Focal Point for the Argentine Administration. In these roles, he represented Argentina's interests globally, serving as a Counsellor and Alternate Representative in ITU Council Sessions. Furthermore, he led as Head of Delegation and Coordinator for Argentina in high-level meetings before ITU, CITEL, and ITSO.
