Interview: Strengthening Bhutan's Cybersecurity Posture

In an interview with the Bhutan Broadcasting Service, Philip Victor, Managing Director, APAC, spoke about the global cybersecurity landscape and how Bhutan can improve its cybersecurity posture, especially in the area of data protection and critical infrastructure protection.

With more than 30 years of experience in the field, Philip discussed the evolution of cyber threats; from hacking merely for popularity to hacking for ransom and other malicious intents. He also emphasised the importance of protecting critical infrastructure and creating cybersecurity laws that are applicable to Bhutan's unique circumstances.
